Infineon Edge AI Startup Challenge 2025
Infineon Technologies is excited to announce the Startup Challenge 2025 in cooperation with EIT
Manufacturing, inviting deep tech startups to participate in building intelligent IoT sensor systems
using Edge AI. This year, we are enhancing the experience by offering a comprehensive technology
package to startups:
Introducing the AI Kit, featuring reference boards for Edge AI development with a wide array of
sensors. We are upgrading the well-known PSOC™ 6 Microcontroller with the new PSOC™Edge
Controller Family, providing enhanced computational power, AI co-processors, and expanded
memory for Edge AI Models.

To empower startups in application development, we have expanded our range of development
environments. Alongside the ModusToolbox™ for C/C++ development, we now offer MicroPython
and Arduino for PSOC™ 6, ensuring flexibility in programming.

Enhancing sensor intelligence, we are providing the latest version of DEEPCRAFT™ Studio. This
platform facilitates development of Edge AI models and seamless integration into microcontroller
code, streamlining the development process.

As the Startup Challenge gains momentum, we are pleased to announce the significant growth of
our partner network. Collaborating with European organizations, various incubators, tech
accelerators, and VC companies, we are committed to providing not only technical support but
also robust business coaching and access to a strong investor network. Join us on this exciting
journey towards innovation and collaboration.
