EIT Manufacturing invites women innovators (i.e. professionals, researchers or entrepreneurs) from EIT RIS eligible countries who have played a leading role in developing innovative manufacturing-related solutions to apply to the LEADERS – Women Innovators in Manufacturing at EIT RIS competition within the EIT Manufacturing's RIS Programme.


Who can apply:
   "LEADERS – Women Innovators in Manufacturing at EIT RIS" is open to applications from women innovators (i.e. professionals, researchers, entrepreneurs, etc.) that are citizens of EIT RIS eligible countries and play a leading role in developing solution fitting one of the following EIT Manufacturing strategic objectives (SOs), as set out in the Strategic Agenda 2021- 2027: 

  • Put people at the center of manufacturing
  • Accelerate green manufacturing
  • Foster sovereignty and competitiveness


The call is open for women that are citizens of EIT RIS eligible countries:

• EU Member States: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Greece, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia

• Horizon Europe Associated Countries: Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Türkiye, Ukraine 

• Outermost Regions: Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Réunion, Martinique, Mayotte and Saint-Martin (France), the Azores and Madeira (Portugal), and the Canary Islands (Spain)

Welcome to TRANSFORM Call 2024!

The EIT Manufacturing's TRANSFORM programme aims to drive technological advancements in the European manufacturing industry. It supports the integration of innovative technologies into existing systems and supply chains of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), mid-cap companies, and corporates. The focus of TRANSFORM Call 2024 is on helping well-established manufacturing companies stay competitive and sustainable by adopting new technologies.

The Call collaborates with startups to implement these technologies in pilot projects to address specific industrial challenges. The EIT Manufacturing's Business Creation team facilitates partnerships between manufacturing companies or SMEs and startups, offering guidance, support, and funding throughout the pilot projects. The goal is to provide innovative solutions for the companies involved while also creating new market opportunities for startups.


 

The startups applying to the TRANSFORM Call 2024 must meet our eligibility criteria (check in website).


 

The available financial support (also known as “sub-grant”) is 20,000 EUR per pilot project for activities which are in line with the overall EIT Manufacturing objectives.

The TRANFORM Call 2024 selected startups must conduct an in-situ demonstration of the pilot project by 29th November, 2025.


 

Applicants are invited to this permanently open open call and to send their applications at any time and before any of these cut-off dates:

  • First cut-off date: 30th April, 2024; 12:00 pm CET 
  • Second cut-off date: 14th June, 2024; 12:00 pm CET 
  • Third cut-off date: 6th September, 2024; 12:00 pm CET 
  • Fourth cut-off date: 29th October, 2024; 2023; 12:00 pm CET
